ActiGraph is dedicated to producing high quality hardware products designed to withstand the wear and tear of frequent deployments. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products, so if and when any issues arise, we're here to help resolve them.
Under ActiGraph’s recertification plan, customers can send back their used ActiGraph devices to be restored back to original condition. Each device will undergo a schedule of procedures, including:
- Visual inspection
- Firmware updates
- Battery/housing replacement procedure
- Verify functionality to device standards
- Sample data validation
Each recertified device will receive an official ActiGraph Recertification Certificate and a new 90-day warranty. If the device is found to be damaged upon inspection, it will then go through the RMA process to be repaired or replaced accordingly. If replacement is necessary, purchase options will be presented at that time. Please note that water damaged devices will not be accepted into the recertification program.
